Please allow 4-5 business days for orders to be produced. We do our very best to complete each item as quickly as possible while making sure each item is produced with the utmost care and attention.

Unfortunately we do not do orders on the spot. We have a production cycle that we need to respect but will try our best to get your order done as quickly as possible.

Embroidery : We do accept items that were not purchased at A-Z creations, however, we will need to validate whether it can be done. We encourage you to bring in the item so a member of our team can confirm it. The cost normally varies between $ 10 – $ 25 but can vary based on the size required.

Vinyl Lettering : We do not vinyl on single items brought in at the current time. We will consider and evaluate orders for 10+ items based on the requirements.

Heat Press : Heat press on outside items will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Feel free to call us or bring your item in to confirm if it can be done.

ONLINE : We encourage you to place orders on our web site. To place your order directly on our web site, you simply need to add the item(s) to your shopping cart by clicking on the ADD TO CART button.You can view the shopping cart at the top of the page at any time to modify, add or delete items. When you have completed your shopping, click on the CHECKOUT button and you will be prompted to provide billing, shipping and payment details.

ORDER CONFIRMATION : Once you have completed your order, you will receive an email with the details of your order. Upon shipment of your package, you will receive a second email with shipping information and a tracking number (if applicable).

AT STORE : You are always welcome to visit us at the store and place your order right there and then.

We accept payment through PayPal, which guarantees security of all its transactions. We also accept payment through VISA and MASTERCARD. In- store, we also accept Debit/Interac.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA:

All orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Service.  This shipping method provides you with a tracking number that enables you to track your package on www.canadapost.ca as well as coverage for loss or damage up to $ 100.  A tracking number will be emailed to you once the package is shipped.

Quebec (1-2 business days) – $ 9.95
Ontario (3-5 business days) – $ 12.95
All Other Province (3-5 business days) – $ 15.95

SHIPPING TO THE US:

All orders shipped to the US are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Service.   You have two options for shipping.

# 1 – Expedited shipping with NO tracking and NO insurance.  Once the item is shipped, A-Z creations is no longer responsible for the package.  We will send you a proof of shipping for your records – $ 19.95

# 2 – Expedited shipping WITH tracking and insurance.  A tracking number will be emailed once the package is shipped and A-Z creations will assume all responsibility for loss or damages – $ 32.95

Yes! At A-Z creations, we are happy to offer FREE gift wrapping with your order. When shopping at the store, you have two options for gift wrapping:

– Kraft paper bag with tissue & ribbon

– Cello packaging with ribbon

For orders online, we typically wrap in cello to ensure a simple and more cost effective shipping option. Upon checkout, you will be asked to select the wrapping option you prefer.

We can ship your gift directly to the recipient with NO RECEIPT. We will forward a copy of the receipt to your email along with a photo of the finished product.

PERSONALIZED GIFTS: We do not accept returns for any personalized gifts and/or custom embroidery. Please be sure to verify the spelling, font and colour choice before submitting your order. Items that have errors due to a mistake in the ordering process will not be accepted for refund or exchange. If an item is defective or if we have made an error in spelling, font or size, we will gladly fix or replace at our cost.  We do try our best to keep track of gifts (lootbags, birthdays, new baby), however, we cannot guarantee a duplicated personalized gift.

NON–PERSONALIZED ITEMS: We will accept returns or exchanges of non-personalized items within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us either by phone or email. You will be reimbursed for your purchase less the cost of shipping and handling. Any returns sent to us without prior notification will be refused. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable.

Our gift registry offers two options. You can create an account and select all the gifts you would like for that special occasion; birth, shower, wedding, birthday, etc. This will make gift buying much easier as people will be able to search and view your selection.

As a gift buyer, this feature makes it easy to buy a gift as the choice is made for you. Simply search for the person’s name and you will be provided with the items selected. All you will need to do is add to cart and off you go!

You can pick up a loyalty card in the store. For every $ 20.00 spent, you will receive a stamp. Complete the card and you will receive 10% off your next order. Please note that cards are stamped ONLY at the time of payment and cannot be stamped at a later date. The 10% discount cannot be used on orders receiving the stamps – they can be used on a future order only.

Loyalty cards are NOT stamped for items brought in to the store for embroidery, vinyl or heat press. Only in store items are eligible.

Absolutely! That is what we do … we PERSONALIZE. The samples in the store or only are simply to provide ideas and suggestions, but we are always thrilled to help you design your item.

All of our prices include the personalization of one name (sizing proportionate to the item).  All additional text and images will incur an additional cost.
